“The use of fertilizer vouchers offers an alternative to farmers with lowered purchasing power to buy a sufficient volume of urea recommended for their rice area,” suno sa Office of the Press Secretary.
Pahayag sang DA nga sa karon manubo ang aplikasyon sang mga mangunguma sang urea fertilizer sa mga pananom nga palay.
Sa datos sang Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority, ang average nga presyo sang urea kada 50-kilo nga bag ang yara sa P2,523.68 sini nga Oktubre.
Sakop ng programa ang mga rehiyon nga nagatanom sang mga "inbred at hybrid rice seeds," magluwas sa National Capital Region kag Bangsamoro Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao.
“A supplemental fund sourced from an unprogrammed regular agency fund, over and above the 2022 General Appropriations Act budget has been released to enable rice farmers to meet the recommended urea fertilizer thereby, securing rice production in the country,” suno sa OPS natuhoy sa ginhalinan sang pondo sang programa.
